rustic plan is a dry mixture that after mixing with water is ready to use. The grout is easy to prepare and apply to the substrate. The self-levelling properties of the grout guarantee a densely fillable and compact joint.

Cement-based, rapidly hardening, self-levelling, polymer reinforced frostproof and waterproof grout filler dry mixture.
For grouting ceramic and clinker tiles on indoor and outdoor floors in dry and wet rooms. Especially suitable for large areas or areas that must withstand higher chemical or mechanical stress. The risk of capillary penetration by bacteria is minimal in such a dense and compact grout. The grout can withstand high load and intense cleaning. Because of that, rustic plan is especially suitable for use in an industrial setting, hospitals etc.
The joint width is 3-15 mm.

The joints must be dry, clean of oil, grease, dust and other factors that could hinder adhesion.
15 kg of powder to be mixed with 2,6-2,8 litres of clean water. Use a glue mixer or a slow revolving hand drilling machine in order to avoid mixing air into the grout. Make sure that the powder and water are within the recommended working temperature. Mix 2-3 minutes to a lumpfree mixture.
The grout is now ready to use and can be applied in 30-40 minutes after mixing.
Before grouting, moisten the joints with a damp but thoroughly squeezed sponge.
Apply the grout throughly into the joint with a rubber spatula or a grouting trowel that is drawn diagonally over the joints. When the grout in the joint is surface-dry but still workable, remove the excess grout on the tiles lightly with a moistened sponge. Keep the sponge clean. When the grout filler is dry but not yet fully hardened, polish the surface with a padmaster. The grout achieves full strength if it is kept moist for two days.
After 1-3 days the joints can be cleaned for possible hardened laitance using mira 7120 ceramic cleaner.
Depending on the absorption of the tiles and room temperature, the grouted tile surface can withstand light foot traffic/load after 2-3 hours and maximum loading after 1-3 days.
The product contains cement. Working hygienic rules for cement must be followed.
Supercolour is based on white concrete containing a natural low content of chrome (VI) therefore the limiting value of max 2 mg/kg will always be kept.
