3130 superfix is based on white low alkaline cement that is easy to prepare and distribute on tiling surface and which makes cleaning of tools easy. Ideally suited for transparent, translucent stone and glass mosaics. Extremely good adhesion to dense tiles and cement clinker. High bond strenght ensures no vertical slip.
Cement based, frostproof, water resistant and polymer strengthened white tile adhesive in low dust powder form.
For mounting of ceramic tiles, clinker and natural stones, inside and outside on floors and walls. Suitable for heated floor and thin translucent tiles, glass mosaic, light marble and similar tiles.
Stable floors and walls with tension/deformation as rendered/plastered bricks, block, walls, gypsum plates, concrete elements and light concrete elements with large shrinkage, movements and deformation.
Ensure substrate has carrying capacity, is stable and coherent, cleaned for dust, grease and cement laitance. The substrate must be so dry that 4180 primer can be absorbed in the surface.
Prior to installation on old tiling and painted surfaces ensure that tiles or paint adhere to surface. Clean surface for grease etc. with 7110 base cleaner.
Absorbent substrates shall be primed with 4180 primer and in wet rooms water tightened according to rules laid down in mira`s installation instructions for wet rooms.
Mix 15 kg powder with 3.90 - 4.50 l clean water to a lump free mortar and the mix is ready for use. For mixing it is recommendable to use a mixing paddle. The powder, water and substrate shall be within the recommended working temperature.
The adhesive can be applied within approx. 6 hours after mixing. Ensure tiles are fixed quickly to avoid formation of skin on adhesive surface.
3130 superfix shall be spread on the substrate with a notched trowel. First spread the adhesive with the smooth side and then draw the notched side through the mortar. Follow the recommendation for correct choice of tooth size for tile type and substrate. The tiles are pressed/twisted in place in the wet adhesive. Ensure frequently that the backside of the tile is fully covered.
Areas above 36m² and areas of a length above 8 m shall normally be divided in areas with expansion joints across the construction.
Dependent on absorbing capacity of tiles and room temperature tiling is ready to be grouted after approx. 10 hours for walls and 18 hours for floors.
The product contains cement. Working environment rules for cement must be followed.
3130 superfix is based on white cement containing a natural low content of chrome(VI) therefore the limiting value of max. 2mg/kg is always kept.

Transport and store dry. Product will maintain technical specifications minimum 12 months from production date in unopened packing. Can be used hereafter technical properties may, however, change; e.g. setting time may be extended.
