3600 multicrete is suitable for use on critical substrates with a high risk of deformation, such as freshly poured concrete and concrete elements. 3600 multicrete is also suitable for glueing thin tiles and marble. The product is made specifically for wooden substrates, PVC, laminate and stainless steel.
3600 multicrete is a dry mixture that is ready for use after mixing with water. The tile adhesive is easy to prepare and apply to the substrate.
A special cement-based, highly flexible, waterproof white tile adhesive.
For glueing all types of tiles and and natural stone to walls and floors, indoors, in both dry and wet rooms, on medium-heavy duty living, commercial and industrial spaces.
3600 multicrete is suitable for use on substrates with a high risk of deformation, such as concrete, concrete floors with and without heating cables, plastered masonry, stone walls, gypsum plaster, lightweight concrete elements, old tiling, clinker tiling, stainless steel, PVC, laminate etc.
The substrate must have carrying capacity, be stable, without cracks, clean of dust, grease and cement laitance. The substrate must be dry enough to absorb mira 4180 primer.
When applying on old tiling and painted surfaces, assure that the tiles and paint are firmly adhered. The surface must be cleaned with mira 7110 base cleaner.
Absorbent surfaces must be primed using mira 4180 primer and wet rooms must be waterproofed according to ETAG 022 guidelines, as well as mira manuals.
12 kg of powder is to be mixed with 3,4-3,6 litres of clean water until homogenous. The best result is achieved with a drill mixer. After that the mortar is ready to be used. The temperature of the powder, water and substrate must all be within the suggested range. The pot life of the mixed mortar is 60 minutes. It is not recommended to apply the tile adhesive to too large of an area at once, because tiles must be applied before the mortar can form a dry layer on top of it.
3600 multicrete must be spread to the substrate using the straight edge of a trowel and then combed through with the notched edge. The trowel must be chosen according to the tile type. The tiles must be pressed into wet mortar. Ensure that the back side of the tile is completely covered by the mortar.
Depending on the absorption level of the tiles, as well as the temperature of the room, the wall surface is ready for further treatment after about 3 hours and the floors after about 6 hours.
The product contains no items subject to REACH registration. Normal safety precautions for handling chemical substances must be followed.
